From Nervous to Confident: An OR Nurse's Boudoir Experience at Lovely in Lace
This beautiful soul right here is an OR nurse, and I have to say…if she felt even half as comfortable in our studio as I’m sure she makes her patients feel, then we did our job! And by the sound of her post-session questionnaire, it seems like the mission was definitely accomplished!
She came into the studio feeling nervous, unsure of what to expect, but those jitters didn’t last long. With Kristy’s Artistry Design Team working their magic, and a little encouragement along the way, she started to relax and embrace the experience. I’m really freaking proud of her, because all of us here know that stepping outside of your comfort zone can be super terrifying at times!
Seeing her images on the back of the camera was a turning point for sure, and her excitement was palpable! By the end of the session, she radiated confidence, and when she finally held her gorgeous photo album and trifold (our mini accordion book), it was clear she had fallen in love with the woman she saw in those photos…just like we all deserve to feel! In her questionnaire, I asked her what her advice is to anyone considering boudoir? I love her straight-to-the-point answer: “Do it—you won’t regret it!”
