The Lovely S. chose to do her boudoir session as a wedding gift for her fiance! She convinced herself that she was worth the investment and in the end, she more than proved that she was! Read on to see more about her session and her stunning images!
What made you book a boudoir session?
I have always wanted to complete a boudoir session I just never convinced myself that I was worth the investment. I spoke to a few friends that completed the session and they told me how empowered they felt afterward and they are so right! When I got engaged, I decided this was something I should do now! I wanted to give the pictures and book to my fiance as his day of wedding gift, however, I never realized this would be the best gift for me too.
How did you feel coming into the studio?
I was extremely nervous and excited. The studio was set up though very inviting. I loved all of the different corners of sofas and photo ops!
How did you feel during your session (specifically once you saw your photos on the back of camera)?
Before I saw the pictures on the camera I was so nervous. I kept saying "yup, I'm naked". Once I saw that first picture, I was in awe. I couldn't believe that was me in the picture and I felt so beautiful. Sivan kept making me laugh and was wonderful about truly posing me from head to toe. She made me so comfortable!
How did you feel after your session?
Wonderful! I have been weighing myself daily, trying to lose as much weight for the wedding. After my session, I did not step on the scale for at least two weeks
How do you feel now after seeing your final images?
I felt so empowered and beautiful. Looking at my images, I was taken back that those pictures were actually me. It truly is an experience every woman should have!
Anything you'd like to say to other women who are hesitating to do this for XYZ reason?
Don't hesitate, RUN to book your session. If you want to feel beautiful in your own skin and the most confident version of yourself, you should definitely sign up! From being pampered in the morning, to each different pose I had so much fun! This is an opportunity you should not turn down!
