What is your sole purpose behind having your boudoir photos taken?
I originally scheduled this session 16 months ago as a way to discover the self confidence I had lost over the years. I had been a single mother for a long time and finally remarried an amazing man. But stress, depression and weight gain made me ignore my body more than anything. After trying to get pregnant with a second child for over 5 years I had started to disdain my body and thought it was betraying me. We decided another child wasn't in the plan and started making other life plans. Then, miracle of miracles, I learned I was pregnant!!! Now this session has become a way for me to celebrate the amazing things my body is doing. Never in a million years would I have imagined I'd be 30 weeks pregnant and taking sexy boudoir photos on my 41st birthday, but here I am! And knowing I'm going to leave this experience with that much needed boost in self confidence just makes this all the better!!!
